One of the things that I really like about this story is how Tommy is aware that every little thing about his relationship with Adam is crazy, but every time his response is IDGAF. Which is probably a completely true to life characterization of Tommy Joe Ratliff.
Also, this: Tommy's never going to get used to how little Adam talks this way: when he's doing the fucking he never shuts up, offers encouragements and endearments and pretty babble and murmured promises, but get a dick in him and it's all hitched gasps and breathy whimpers, hands flinging out to scrabble against the hood as Tommy gets his own foot up on the bumper to up the ante.
Not only is it UNF-able as previously mentioned, I read this and nodded my head, because if it isn't trufax, I'll eat my metaphorical hat.
